Peter is an artist born and raised in Choiseul. He specializes in photography and his work is very professional. His passion for art comes from his personal encounters with our local artists and crafters. He saw their struggles to produce their work and all for very little gain. This motivated Peter to bring about change. Through his marketing skills he gained local and regional contacts and began to focus his art on what he calls “Preservation of Culture.” He photographs antique indigenous domestic structures within the Caribbean and then further reproduces them in painting form. His business is named “Classical Art” and its success is due to the support of both local and regional artists, businesses, other establishments, and friends. His work is available at the Choiseul Art and Craft Center in La Fargue, and in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, St. Maarten, and the Turks and Caicos Islands.
